The top 100, like me, do not produce a block each round, they are chosen at (almost) random to produce a block so I thought it to be unimportant.
However I did check a few of them and all seems to have at least 100HP.
One thing to notice is that like 10 of the top 100 are inactive! They turned their nodes offline and do not even post anymore!
People need to check their votes more frequently and remove from such witnesses that abandoned (or took a break) from Hive
Which are the 10 accounts that are turned off and how does one change their vote?
Probably there are multiple ways, but I used to vote in the Witness Voting section of the Hive Wallet.
I would also be interested in who are the above mentioned 10 account, who turned their nodes off. Maybe I will also need to change one or more of my votes.
