Here comes the second weekend of the year and things are looking interesting! It's business as usual irl. We have been busy reorganizing the other side of the house for a few folks. We need more help and hopefully, some boys will be here by month-end. The fields are growing weeds instead of veggies (crops), lol!
Meanwhile, the blockchain is buzzy with old and new Hivers (Hivians) popping up daily which is great. The #newlion hashtag on Threads makes it easy to see and welcome the newly onboarded users. I met a few of them yesterday evening until my Yongi growled at me for spending more time in front of the pc, lol!
Anyway, it's Saturday morning here, and it's our goaling session again! It's SSC Day as I called it in the previous year. That continues since I have indicated my 2025 targets in the launch post and I intend to bust my arse to see them through.
2.5k HBD Savings
There is an addition of 16 HBD during the week, which includes the interest received for last month's stakes. So my Staked HBD is now 1,093 (from 1,077 last week) which is a good start although I should save an average of 2-3 HBD every day to be on track with my target.
I mentioned wanting to buy something using some of the savings but still contemplating so I will keep on adding to it until a firm decision is made and enough has been saved.
Stacking Sats
This is set on autopilot through the Binance Auto-Invest feature. It is set to purchase a dollar worth of sats every 12 hours and has already made 10 buys to date and they are automatically credited to my Earn wallet where they may earn an APR albeit very small.
With the price of BTC fluctuating, 10306 sats accumulated in 6 days without me lifting a finger. The payment is auto-debited from my Spot Wallet, which always has some liquid USDT. Some might think it's wrong timing to be buying sats, but this is going to be a long-term HODL for me and DCA'ing is a good bet. It will be interesting to see how much this grows over the next months.
