It depends... Everyone is screaming about privacy and data protection and that conversations cannot be intercepted. If such crimes and purchases happened in public chats, it is probably his fault, but if it happened in private chats, I don't think he can do anything about it.
Right, that makes more sense. May justice prevail then :)
