Maybe, I wouldn't say there's a particular "California style" of cooking though. It's like going to a restaurant and if it has California in the name of the dish it means they put avocado on it 🥑🤣 I think bell peppers are universal 🫑

The most common example of this would be a "California burger" which is usually just a cheeseburger with a few slices of avocado on it 😆
