Those two are vital necessities. Experienced the longest power outage during a catastrophic storm some years ago. It lasted for almost 2 months. As for running water, one day without it makes me crazy.

Yes water is really a daily necessity. 2 months out without power? It must have been tough for you
It was. But we did have solar powered lights so it made life a little easier.
