They are using the free sign-up opinion on Leofinance. I think this gives them 5 hive power worth of resources credit to play around with.
Maybe Leofinance needs to add a layer to the verification process.
credit is low and yea I totally agree we need a layer to protect from this kinda spam stuff.
It should be something like "one free sign up = one IP address".
