I was reading a blog where I found unbelievable thing about this #German village called "fuggerei" the #rent of home hasn't been raised since 1520.

Even today it cost just $1 to live entire year.

I'm so surprised to hear this and I want to know if is there any German Fren on thread who can tell how true it is?
