Bringing in new users is not the only key factor, but let's be frank the participants bringing the new users into web3 also have to keep guiding and not just let the new user figure it out alone. This is an important aspect.

That's why I argue that bringing people in carries a responsibility, to teach them, not to leave them on their own. That implies having time and patience for them. I know this from my own experience. It is a challenge.
