First thing, do not touch LBIM, this is a scam !
This is not from @lbi-token or @spinvest.

Now regarding LBI, you can buy some on Leodex as you mentioned but you still can get some by sending LEO to lbi-token. They will send you 1 LBI for 1 LEO sent.
This offer won't be available for too long though and the only way remaining will be on the market.
