FOR YOUR FINANCIAL GROWTH BE CAREFUL OF OTHER NEEDS AND OTHERS' NEEDS

In recent times, I came to realize a fact when it was too late, and that is a matter of self-discipline in all aspects of finance. To a greater extent, having a specific budget for every single thing that required a dime is of great importance.

It is of great note to bring back a popular saying that stated that failure to plan is planning to fail, but at this moment it should be noted that there are some sacrifices to make for a plan to be fruitful.

OTHER NEEDS CAN ALWAYS WAIT

There is a tribe in Nigeria, they are the Igbos, and I was privileged to serve my fatherland amidst them in the year 2019, as it is important to be watchful of your environment, I noticed the way Igbo businessmen handled their businesses, and carefully studied their successes, I can tell you it is worth emulating.

The thing with this tribe is that they give what belove to Ceaser to Ceaser, these people will not give what is meant for their business to pleasure, the most important thing to them is the constant follow up on the target they give to whatsoever business they are doing.

If an Igbo person targets a business valued above his capital, it will surprise you that he will never spend a dime from additions to his business growth. Let me simplify; Let us say Mr. Chuks started a business with $500 and he planned on having a business valued at $1000, whatsoever profit he makes from the initial capital would not be touched till those profits meet the demand of his projected business value.

A typical Igbo businessman hardly values other needs above their business need, and if at all they will consider other needs it will be after they have reached and satisfied the needs of their venture.

OTHERS' NEEDS CAN ALWAYS WAIT

This isn't twisted, others needs mean the need to satisfy another man's needs, the world we are living in has exposed us to a lot of natural needs to an extent that an average person will need the help of another person to fulfill what is needed of him, but, this can be tricky at times.

Normally, if others' needs are prioritized above your needs, the setbacks will affect your personal growth and by the time you realize it, there might be little or no time to make amendments. This post is not encouraging you not to consider helping a fellow man, rather, it is pointing your attention to knowing when it is right to be helpful, always remember that nothing that is given freely can be well utilized as something earned.

IN A NUTSHELL

It will be of great importance to prioritize your doings and choose carefully the way to do whatever comes unplanned to your finances.
