Time is definitely one of the biggest obstacles for me right now. Covid-19 makes it really hard in terms of work, as I need to fill in for many of my colleagues, so it feels like I'm at work 24/7. That's not the case though, fortunately, but I'm having very little spare time these days.

Feel free to suggest anyone you can, whenever you can. :)
