#Threads can be great for getting a penny or two like twenty times a day. Yet long posts are still the thing that makes money - see my recent Hive Now rewards. A quarter or two for threads/comments and 16 dollars for a post.

What is the more profitable kind of content for you?

My most profitable is only around $10. Great job on your long post 😀

Well, here's a piece of advice: If you fill your feed with card giveaways, Dbuzz tweets and similar content, you'd hardly get followed by any curators. If I were at your position, I'd purge me feed and started over with interesting posts about things I like. The sky's the limit then, I've published posts worth $100+ this way. And I enjoyed writting them - it was fun, not my job or anything like that ;)

Thanks for the advise. This account is closely linked to Splinterlands and just started blogging about other things. I even added other content to my giveaway posts recently.

Well, your account, your decisions.

I actually appreciate your feedback. Just saying this account started as Splinterlands focus but now I'm moving on to other topics and less Splinterlands in the future.

Recently I even tried movie and book reviews.

And I guess you had almost no engagement there - simply because you don't have the audience for that high-reward content. Am I right?

Yes, most of my content was play to earn since I got into hive because of splinterlands. Later I quit some of my p2e and now only splinterlands remain. Soon I will also quit splinterlands and just blog about other stuff.

Threads for right now, but only because I can't seem to gin up the energy to write long posts :-)

Well, your choice :)
