Copy to peakd comemnt without publishing, then copy link back into threads is how I used to do it.
Wow, what a user-friendly way :)) Do the images show then? I thought threads with links are not displayed, and the image is a link at the end of the day.
I do thesame too, even with creating contents sometimes the picture won't upload
I use imgur and postimage then copy the direct link

in my case, yep
I have been uploading images through Ecency and then copy the link to threads and publish.
