people will only get notifications when you add their name in your post.
Also, the post appears only once, unless you cross post it again.
How come the same people comment on my posts then, if they don't get notifications and I haven't tagged them?
I assumed they'd followed me and then got notified every time I post.
If that isn't the case I don't understand how they consistently see my posts.
