@gillani887 I agree. Whenever investing in emerging markets there is always some risk. That can be especially true when investing in Chinese real estate deals. I recently read Sam Zells book, "Am I Being Too Subtle" where he mentions loosing millions of dollars when the Chinese government changed a policy for outside investors.
