RE: Splinterlands Land - it's complicated way of getting crude!

in LeoFinancelast year

I finally got in myself and started to play around with the general setups and I'm loving it!
Totally agree that most people are going to have all the grain they need or it's going to sell at such a huge discount that it's not going to be worth it. The ONLY benefit I see there is putting it to work in a liquidity pool of which fees it generates might product dec and grain which can help out. As it's the only resource that's really going to be swapped for even if it's priced far down.

There also seems to not be much going on. It feels like Grain and SPS only with maybe an afterthought towards research by a select few. There's no buildings or other resources yet so it's bear bones. My worry with that is without those other buildings and things to mine soon we have a super hyper inflation on grain.

When you can start building a lot of "other" things I can see grain becoming more of a scares thing but the months leading up to that we might see massive stockpiles of grain and a possible inflation issue in that area. It's all going to depend on time rollout of everything else.
