Hi, welcome on Hive 🎉

If you are using X (Twitter), then yeah you're good. InLeo is almost the same, the difference is that you own your content and it's decentralized.

Just share what's on your mind, share short-form content and you can also write long-form content (if you love writing blogs).

Quick tips for new users:

  • Make friends
  • Be active
  • Increase your engagement
  • Join with events and contests

Enjoy your stay! 🦁

well starting on threads is good. Find people to interact with and the votes will come.

  1. Focus on engaging and commenting on others content more than posting. Look at it like u moved to a new neighborhood. Get familiar and start some conversations before u start looking for money (in this case upvotes) from people
  2. If you’re new, no one sees ur post once it’s buried in the feed because u have no followers. Find contests and initiatives to participate in to get more eyes on ur content.
  3. Understand the different posting formats. Before this post, all ur post were shared as long form blogs (articles), even though most of them were short form and should’ve been posted like this one (a thread)…not as a post on your blog.
  4. Look at other articles that earned well for inspiration. U can post however u feel, but if u want rewards things like format and grammar matter.

engagement is key 🗝️ to success.
Engage, post every day, make friends.
Treads are very effective.
You can start with monthly prompt by @leogrowth if you are looking for the topic to right.
It may took some time but have some patient.

My tip is to explore around and see what you would like. HIVE is full of DAPPs once you have @keychain installed.
