There a two options.
You can include all fees including costs of converting hbd to fiat as the total price of the pizzas.
Or you don’t even need to convert. You can buy with your fiat and keep the hbd. Eventually you will probably convert them to fiat anyway.
It will be interesting to know how businesses that accept crypto operate.

i really want to know how they do it here, because if it is possible i will for sure make my friends to accept Hive and HBD :D not that a lot of people would pay with it, but it would be cool :)
