In India we call as capsicum(green pepper) as shimla Mirch, it is favourite, unfortunately red and yellow are not available in my city. You will get green capsicum always in refrigerator, because of capsicum I love to eat noodles, momos, fried eyes etc
I always use peppers in my recipes...I love the flavor it brings to my recipes.
