My Hive Goals (Week 36, 2024)

This is a short sum-up table with the state of my goals in easier TLDR form. The table has only a general overview, with details expanded in the post.

I include a link to the initial goal-setting post for 2024, for reference, if needed.

HBD in Savings at the Bull Market End Goal: 5,000 HBD

This multi-year goal morphed from what previously was the 52-week HBD Savings challenge, which was stopped.

This is a longer term goal and I don't expect regular pushes toward the target, but rather no or low activity for most of the time, and bursts of HBD added in short time spans later on.

No change compared to last week, which is normal:

HIVE Purchased Below 20c

This is my new temporary goal, which is HIVE-oriented:

• Buy at least 50 HIVE every week while the price of HIVE is below 20 cents

The price continues to be under 20c, so it doesn't "threaten" this temporary goal, for the time being.

Posting & Commenting Goal

I haven't missed a daily post this year yet. Reached 1907 posts published, with 98 left to hit the target in 2024. That puts the progress at 72% where 69.23% was needed to be in the green.

Here's the situation so far:

I haven't missed any edition of Week through Adrian's Lenses in 2024 either, and I mention this since it's also part of my posting goal. Overall, I reached the 87th edition of the weekly roundup which debuted at the beginning of 2023.

I also started the week with 20,173 comments made. Ended the week with 20252 which means I made 79 comments last week, which is way below the weekly average needed to reach the comments target by the end of the year.

I currently need an average of 110 comments weekly to reach the comments target by the end of the year.

LEO Staked

My LEO stake remained at 24,600 LP, with 3k delegated to one of the winners of the LPUD prizes. I am now keeping liquid LEO for the next LPUD.

Here's the current situation:

If I participate in the future LPUDs as before, with 200 LEO power-ups, and nothing else staked throughout the months, this goal should be completed in October.

Splinterlands: Increase Grain PP to 400,000

Goal started in week 19.

What's the progress so far?

Started previous week at 373,440 PP. Today's number is 375,367 PP. That's +1,927 PP, which is above my needed average. I need +1785 PP weekly to complete this goal until mid-December (my deadline is end of year, but I chose mid-December to push myself a bit).

The major bottleneck for me here is and has always been for land staked DEC.

Land Plots Unlocked - Completed

Goal completed in Week 18, with the following situation at the time:

73 plots were productive and 27 were still under construction.

All plots are productive as of week 35. Now I need way more DEC to stake better PP cards on my lower-end land plots.

ZING Multiplier - Completed

Goal completed in week 10 with 25,203 ZING.

Since then, I slowly grew my stash from staking rewards only. Waiting for sales.

My ZING holdings are now at 27,931.
