Not yet! But we are adding a little "Gift Box" icon to the website that will allow you too soon
We just need to add the payment rail for choosing a username other than yours

Another suggestion while this is being built: sending 10 HBD to @leopool with a memo containing the username of the person to whom we're gifting the Premium subscription.
