I just tried sorting by "Reward" and "Reputation" and that seemed to make it work a little bit better. There were less clicks involved, and while it was rather slow to load, all content was actually easy to see.

Right-clicking to open a page would be a good option so you don't have to go back and forth (I do this on all frontends).

I'm going to look into other ways to implement the voting, however. Maybe just labelling each piece of content by number, in the comment section, would make it less clunky.
