I have seen a significant increase in rewards since my premium subscription. For me its worth.

If you are active, very worth it, if you are gonna just let it sit there, not worth it, so it depends on your use. That applies to all premium things I guess hahah

The only benefit, in my opinion, that increases your rewards is that your posts get priority in the For You feed. This may get your posts more views. Otherwise, I think most people are getting more rewards because they are more active after subscribing.
