Haha that made me laugh, and you're right. "Competitive balance" is the euphemism I hear the execs and broadcasters use. Sigh. Everyone plays and everyone wins!

Problem with the yotes is the new arena deal is not a deal yet. It's a tax payer footed, 2.1 billion dollar proposal set for vote in May. That oughta go well ;)
If that fails I don't see a way the yotes stay in town long after, do you?
