Staked HIVE - being HIVE tokens that ARE powered up - counts for your vote.

Liquid as in powered up but not delegated (HP not Hive)
?staked = delegated?
'Staked' and 'Powered Up' are the same thing.
'Liquid' is any HIVE you can immediately sell.
HIVE that is powered up and then delegated does not count for your vote rewards.
It counts to whoever you have delegated to.
