Getting tired from work is not the same as being physically tired. Mental work gives an sensation of burnout even if you are actually not that stressed, but have been sitting all day.

Exactly. I do not go to gym yet, but I work out at home. Mainly doing series of 100 pushups each time. It helps a lot. I do skipping sometimes. These physical activities help reset the mind and fill up the body with new energy.

I tried at home but I lose motivation pretty easily. Also, at the gym I'm actually feeling it haha, I like cardio and pilates but the machines target the muscle without getting me overtired. Well see how it goes, this is my second week
