Most EV owners are so focused on tailpipe emissions they aren't aware of other factors such as recycling useless batteries or what's needed 2get D EV moving. Companies also want EVs 2B like ICE cars when they should really B made as EVs.
You are right. Its not all about the gases from the exhaust. The entire life cycle should be considered. Gasoline vehicles also have their own contributions to pollution. I think we are supposed to make more conscious decisions and use the means of transport that does less harm to our environment.
