Yes its because I left late. Morning rush is between 5am and 10am. So I left after the morning rush.

Recently the road is becoming clean. The other day I went to Ngwá Road market, I couldn't believe how clean everywhere was.
The new government took up the job of cleaning Aba from day 1. They have doing some terrific work so far.
Yeah, they are tryingaalthough some people are still living their old lifestyle of littering the environment.
