Rule 20/20/20. If you stare on a computer or phone screen for long and it strains your eye, you could ease it by following this hack: For every 20 minutes you looked at the screen, look away at an object 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. Thats rule 20/20/20. Google it if you wish to learn more.
I drink water if i want to eat... If i don't take water before eating am definitely going to fall sick.
This is good too. Its not good to drink much water while eating. So the best time is just before meals. Thanks for sharing.
