Are you for or against using pesticides or other chemicals in your farm/garden? Any reasons for your choice? @swagatoroy, @danlop, @luchyl, etc.

I like natural pesticides.. like diatomaceous earth or predator insects lacewings.. no chemicals though. Sickness

Oh, Never heard about natural pesticides. By natural, it means they have no chemicals right? That would be much better for the crops and humans I assume.

No chemicals. Diatomaceous earth is crushed sea shells.. the bugs can't walk on it because it cuts their feet.. but it's still good for the soil

I'm against, generally, but I have used them a handful of times over the last decade to deal with unusual pest infestations.

Pesticides are really popular. But it seems the awareness about their health implications to consumers of crops treated with these chemicals is growing. Natural solutions seem to be best for everyone - plants and humans.

I usually apply pest control measures to my crops, because I noticed that pest destroys them. Although it do have effects on the crops but it has to be done.

Many farmers are of the same opinion. Am sure the effects wont have too much effect on the health of consumers. Otherwise, I think pesticides are crucial to farm success

I don't think it will because from the time when the pesticides are applied to when the crops are harvested. the effects would have waned off.

Thats true. of course some crops take months or even up to a year to mature. Making a lot of sense.
