Outdated is an understatement. Nobody cares about anybody.
They are just there for reasons best known to them. Gone are days where the joy of a lecturer is impacting knowledge
I studied computer science for example. Now why should more than 1000 students be allowed to study this course when they do not own laptop computers and the school does not have enough computer labs?
