In Brave browser (which I use the most) Vespr browser extention didn't work, so I could vote with it. I don't know what happened. But I installed Yoroi - old well-known Yoroi, which I remember so well.
So with Yoroi Gov.tools worked fine and Today I voted for 2 governance decisions.
