Your digital wallet frozen means? Non-custodial crypto wallet? And which bank blocked the account?
Doing p2p on Binance comes with higher risk of account block and there are many scammers who report transaction to bank even after a fair deal. Binance won't help with account unfreeze and sadly you will have to deal with unnecessary chaos. Hope you fixed it soon?

    not the non custodial but wallet like PayPal

    Yea, it was a fair deal but still scammed like this

    As of now it's still blocked.. waiting for response from bank
