Just finished watching CryptoManiacs Podcast ft. Khal. Another amazing episode with some (a lot of) LEO Goodness. You are in safe hands when your hosts are Task & Jon because they extract every drop of sweet sweet nectar from the minds of the guests. 😂 Took some notes for everyone but I would highly recommend you to watch or listen the whole episode for a better experience:
- We are getting LEO Mobile App because of #ProjectBlank is planned to be first released on mobile. LEO mobile app will be forked into the PB mobile app and we start from there.
- PB App will look similar to Twitter obviously with the Lion's touch. You will be able to share your BLANKs on Twitter with one click just like you can do with Leo Finance posts.
- Project Blank is just the codename. Real name of the app is still a mystery to us.
- Hive 'Lite Accounts' coming via Leo Finance and PB Apps. We can onboard straight from Twitter with "Login with Twitter" button.
- You might be able to store your Tweet history on Hive making your content immutable. Safe from Twitter bans.
- Leo Finance mobile app with core features is planned for release on 1st Oct. After 2 months the web app's UI will change as well and it will be similar to mobile versions (iOS & Android)
- Leo Finance's operates on this commanding principle: Create depth and width for the community. Width - Increase the no. of users. Depth - Provide enough opportunities for the community members to stay.
- 3 More IDOs in Progress with finalized deals. Khal is already in talks with other projects for the 4th and 5th.
- PolyCUB IDO is also coming that will expand CUB Finance to Polygon Network.
- IDO architecture has been updated. BUSD will not be used. A post is coming on this one.
- Leo Finance Whitebook is coming? White paper wasn't enough. 😁
Really excited to see the new mobile app. 22 days left until release!! It's going to be a 'game changer' for all of us involved. Do you think there will be a new token? I wonder if there's going to be an airdrop coming with it.

I'm excited about the new mobile app also as this is my main form of engaging and access. There have been a number of issues present in the UI at times and having a dedicated mobile app is fantastic.
Yea and they plan on rolling a project blank mobile app when it gets released. Let's hope it comes out by the end of the year.

Going by the track record, I would add a few more days to it. So that it wouldn't hurt when it doesn't come out on time. Maybe add a month. Should be out in January 2022. 😁

I think the development is clear, at least with these few projects, that they know what the time line is. Watch the mobile app, if it hits the market on Oct 1, then they are sticking to schedule.

I think the new framework is really going to help with the mobile experience. Not really my thing but I believe it's very important for mass adoption.
Even more so when we get #ProjectBlank. I believe something like 80% of the traffic on Twitter is through mobile devices so yea, pretty important for micro blogging

I always use LeoFinance.io from my mobile browser to keep checking on my notifications and comments.
With the mobile app, you can get notifications on your phone so it's going to be great.
It will definitely increase the time spent by users on Leo Finance. So that's a huge win!

I think it will increase engagement. I use desktop for my interaction but I would make some comments and do some reading from mobile if I could. My eyes arent what they use to so it would be an improvement for me.

100%. As soon as people get a notification on their mobile about their friend posting his new FB picture, they go and check it.
Similarly, people would want to be alerted for new posts, comments, upvotes etc. It will keep them on track even on the go.

I agree we still have to be patient, but when you think about how far we've actually come in just the last 9 months, it's pretty crazy. It's not like we've been waiting years and years. In all reality, things have been happening very quickly in the grand scheme of things. Another 9 months and everything could look completely different again.

Taken to another level, Hive is only 18 months old this month. 1.5 years ago it forked.
So even on that scale, we came a long way in a rather short period of time. Where will this place be in March 2023?

It's actually crazy to think how far we've come in such a short period of time. As I've said in the past, the financial energy percolating just below the surface of HIVE and LEO is immense. #Splinterlands is blowing up but their in the process of doing a year-long airdrop (which I think is pretty genius, by the way), but it is certainly keeping the price down. Once HIVE and LEO start breaking out, there is really nothing standing in their way from making a BIG run. There are obviously lots of tokens in circulation for HIVE but measuring it monetarily, it is still very small. $288M and #207 on CoinGecko right now. For some perspective, there are currently 97 coins/tokens valued at over $1B. HIVE should really be a top 100 coin at a minimum in my view. That's a 3-4x from here, just to get in the ballpark. $3-$5 is where it should be sitting now IMO. And it can run from there when some of these other projects start coming out...

We need lite accounts. Newbies can learn about Hive and its complex key structure later on. First onboard them and give them basic functionality and then for extra transactions, they need the damn HIVE account. Chances of conversion are much higher once they start using the app.

I agree with you on this. That's why the rise of Layer-2 scaling solutions and other Layer-1 solutions. People have already gone to Polygon, BSC, and other chains for development because they provide better UX and attract more users.
They will stick to Hive, LEO, and their DApps, only if the teams deliver top-notch quality products.
