Great tips JK. :') We don't even need all of us to follow them. I get that not everyone wants to be SEO savvy or post outward facing content. But now we have a damn good reason to at least learn and apply few SEO basics in each blog we post and attract more reader's from outside. A little change in the culture every week would do wonders.

SEO can feel like a futile effort at times. Results often don't show up for months.
Your killing it, with two of your posts being the biggest external drawcards.
Still haven't figured a way to reward evergreen content that trends months after its published. This approach with the ad revenue is good, but rewards everyone. Some kind of bonuses for the biggest drawcards would be nice, but I dunno what that would look like.
Anyway, keep up the great work mate.
