This tool can be used to speculate when to take exit and when to enter into the bitcoin bull and bear cycle, and the best part is that bitcoin has been following this bitcoin golden ratio since its inception.
To identify this ratio, we need to observe 3 things:
- Pre-halving low
- Halving week
- All time high after halving
The above chart shows the data of the previous 3 halvings of bitcoin in the years 2012, 2016, and 2020. This ratio suggests that the bear and the bull cycles of the bitcoin exist in the ratio of 51:49, which means the bear cycle is longer than the bull cycle.
OBSERVATION 1:
Between the first halving and pre-halving low, bitcoin made 53 bars, and between the first halving and all-time high after halving, bitcoin made 52 bars, maintaining the ratio of 51:49.
OBSERVATION 2:
Between the second halving and pre-halving low, bitcoin made 76 bars, and between the first halving and all-time high after halving, bitcoin made 75 bars, maintaining the ratio of 51:49.
OBSERVATION 3:
Between the second halving and pre-halving low, bitcoin made 74 bars, and between the first halving and all-time high after halving, bitcoin made 72 bars, maintaining the ratio of 51:49.
Bitcoin halving happened in April 2024, marked in the above chart, and the pre-halving low of this cycle has also been marked on the above chart.
So, from these markings and the above observations, we can safely speculate that the best exit point of Bitcoin will be somewhere between September 1, 2025, and September 22, 2025, to maintain the bitcoin golden ratio of 51:49.
