because i read and comment on a lot of posts i want to reward them with something. If i used 100% of voting power then i wouldn't be able to do that. So i give just a small amount to everyone even though they deserve more so that's why i try to steadily increase my lp to provide better upvotes!

Of course, this is a desire of all to increase the voting power, for now, with what we have we must carefully choose what we vote for. I do that. I still believe that the voting power conditions the way we vote.
