It happened to me the first time I tried to make a thread. Though this is not an excuse but try to not add cover image first especially animated gifs and try writing on notepad first then paste and post thread. Afterwards, edit and add your images.

That's great of you to already join Torum because it is very unique. As I said in my previous article, the platform is still early and the team only have very limited resource and manpower. So I suggested that if you don't find Torum satisfying now, then come back later after they succeeded.

However, on your side you need to provide more detail if you want the team to fix the problem because it is difficult to just hearing a complain without know the cause. For example:

• When did it occur (timestamp)?
• What browser did you use?
• Did you have some kind of ad-blocker running?
• Did you open multiple Torum pages? Are your processes full?
• What contents are you trying post? (animated gifs, codes, hyperlinks)
• Where did you try to post? (wall or clan or company)
• How is your Internet connection including which region and provider you use?
