Because Instagram, twitter, meta is VC funded, they throw parties, hire supermodels, pay rich people to be on platform.

I think we've been doing really bad PR for years. At first it was "COME HERE TO MAKE MONIES!!!! MOOOONEYYY!" We also spend tons of energy sharing links on web2 apps that soft censor links.....
And many people are toooooo pushy about Hive, gotta give people space to choose it themselves.
I've chosen to make videos inviting people to share music on Hive Open Mic as well as paying at shops that accept bitcoin (with my @v4va.app of course). I'm trying this approach where I show people how I use the tech, without mentioning the tech and sounding like a car salesman on comission.
We should do an open mic on spaces and one on hive, but only if we can bring some hivesters and non hivesters to join :-) let them mix

It's because probably people are not aware and this is why we need promotion to bring more awareness about hive and Inleo

Yes, people flock to the VC funded platforms, But those who care for true account ownership, censorship-resistance and true, decentralized monetization, come here.
Our community is being built organically.
I think they hire professional marketers. Steemit did it on their days and they were effective. Is the same reason why people only used Linux when google was pushing it (through Android). While many still use Windows.
...because it has no use-case for them.
