I second this strongly! There are lot of reasons to not be consistent but they show up and show out every single day, it's amazing! So glad someone said it.
The fact remains that consistency is the key, I remember when I was consistent on Deep dive, people get to know me, but due to academic engagement, I wasn't able to do the needful and I know what I loss out because of that
