SEC is taking note of many cryptos but for some reason I never came across any of their attack on Ethereum. Either ethereum has immunity or some sort of the thing that keeps them immune.
Before the conversion to PoS, Gensler classified #ETH the same as Bitcoin. Now that it is PoS, he says it is a security. He just hasnt gone after it yet since it is a mammoth fight. Bet the ranch, if he keeps going, he will target ETH.
Does this guy ever make up his mind of things. Random fines after people ask him tons of questions and try and work with him, random something is a security and something isn't. SEC NEEDS TO GO!

If CBDC will take time, I think Ethereum is a good alternative for the "approved" crypto by the establishment.
