It is funny. When it comes to wealth creation one of the most significant factors is so often ignored when handing out advice on how best wo succeed, yet so many People already know how powerful a factor it can be. Our environment is this very crucial factor that we don't talk about too often, but the sensible carry a significant amount of gratitude for their good fortune.

No matter how skilled or hardworking one is, there will always be environmental restrictions and personal circumstances in play. Another factor for the creation of wealth is inheritance. It becomes a double edged sword to battle through an environment promoting failure and a not winning the lottery of life. In this there are a few outliers who manage to succeed despite the odds, but the general expectation isn't always great.

If you put the smartest people in the World in a restrictive environment like North Korea for instance, they would be as useful as the next guy simply because they're not given the opportunity to thrive. Of course we've seen the consequences of this, as economic migration continues to be a major issue because people are simply fed up of their environmental restrictions.

I won't be clamouring better governance on the hive blog, but for those of us born into 'saner' economic environments, let us be grateful knowing fully well the value of what we possess.
