Appreciation : When you buy houses or lands, they appreciate over the years. For instance, you can buy a house at a rate of $5,000 and sell it at $8, 000 in a few years. Depending on the environmental and industrial development where such property is located. That's a lot of profit for you.
Income : I bought a property a few years ago and it has been my major source of income. You can buy a property and make it available for rent or lease. Imagine that you bought a property for $10,000, you can rent it out for $5,000 yearly, this means you have made a consistent profit in two years.
