People are indoctrinated into complaining. It is only getting worse with social media. They listen to the news and get filled with negativity. They are trying to point out who is at fault and how bad things are.
It's a pity.. Fortunately working at the Spa area keeps me calm but there are days when patience runs out of the window in a snap lol
