The key to cold-reading is to just make a bunch of guesses and ignore all the times you were wrong. Coincidently, that's also the best avenue to becoming a compulsive gambler.

Yes, my big misses were all extremely overly bullish. I was Projecting the value I know crypto has onto a greedy market that just wants to make a quick buck. The vast majority of predictions I make based on the doubling curve are pretty accurate. The problem is that a couple of those times I was right about Bitcoin but I assumed other assets like Hive/Steem would do good as well... I was wrong. bitcoin is much easier to predict than anything else.
However, now that we are back in extreme bull territory I think my "overly" bullish predictions have a fair chance of being exactly right.
Yes I do recall some big misses as well, and I have also noticed those big misses tend to quickly be ignored, but that isn't that much different with what the vast majority do. :) Hopefully these predictions turn out to be big hits for all our sakes!
