Hello Everyone,
Well, what a week it's been! First a little oopsie with EDS distribution rescued by an EDSI token airdrop! Thank you everyone for your support.
Now, I've been slaving over a hot keyboard adding up all the votes for the Saver of the Year Award. A lot of you voted, it took some time, my fingers were worn to the bone! Read on for the results.
We also have a little HIVE Christmas Box giveaway this week to Savers who have reached one of their goals or participated in the Club regularly. Thank you Savers for your support, it's been fabulous!
Saver of the Year Award
We had a fabulous line up of candidates, it was wonderful to see how people are contributing to the Savers Club and the wider Hive Community.
We do have winners:

How Did We Do?
Sixty-six Savers registered this year. Here are the results:
- 59% Savers participated regularly in the Club.
- 39% Savers reached one or more Savings goals.
- Of Savers who participated regularly:
51% achieved one or more savings goals. - Of Savers who didn't participate:
22% achieved one or more savings goals.
The Club gave away 102 EDS/EDSI tokens, roughly 100 EDSMMs and 350 HIVE in the Christmas Boox, plus Club members gave away countless HSBIs through the year.

Additionally, the club has taught me that you don't need alot of money to start saving instead i can use some of my spare time to write posts on my blog in HIVE. Hello @kyoba. I appreciate your support. You are correct that you don't need a lot of money to start saving. The Club taught me that at the beginning of my journey. I was skeptical until I followed the 365-Penny a Day Plan. Also, as you say, I met the most awesome Hivers during this time.
I hope you reach all your goals in 2025. Remember, as the Club tells us "slow and steady". It's ingrained in me now.

Nothing particular, it's just fun being with people who like to grind, who like to save things up. as people said this: Bird of a feather folk together.

First off, thank you so very much for the very kind Christmas gift, I deeply appreciate it! Second, thank you to everyone who nominated and voted for me, I'm very grateful to you all! Big congratulations to @justclickindiva for being chosen 1st for Saver of the Year, @noctury for being chosen for 2nd place, and @ifarmgirl for being my co-winner at 3rd place! Congratulations also to @bulliontools and @servelle for winning the EDSI for comments!
Above you'll find my latest update. While it was definitely not a great week in terms of reaching my weekly goals again, as always I had notable gains regardless. I also past the milestone of 8,500 HP just this morning, which is pretty great.
Did you achieve any of your Savings Goals?
Sadly, no. I had two year-end goals for the Savers Chart, 10,000 HP and 500 HBD in Savings, neither of which will be achieved unfortunately. I also had a third personal goal of reaching a Reputation of 70, which I actually did months ago. Although I didn't successfully reach either of my Savings Goals this year, my experiences with it inform me on how to craft better goals for the new year.
