Hello friends, how are you all?
Happy New Year. (I know I'm late😶🌫️)
I returned to Hive Community after a long time. I could not post for about 20 days. I have been busy for so long, mainly because of exams. Although the busyness was not over, I sat down to write the post since I had some free time.
It feels good to write a post after a long time.
In this post, I am going to share the Battle of Splinterlands. Splinterlands gave the challenge of battle with Dragon monster this week. And Dragons are my favourite.
Today I will share and explain Dragon Summoner Battle.
Splinterlands challenges all players to play with a specific monster each week. This challenge helps them to earn a vote from splinterlands or steemmonsters. To get a vote from splinterlands, a player has to follow the rules given by splinterlands. Every week splinterlands post about the rules. Most of the rules remain the same, just the monster changes.
- This week's rules are:-
- Have to share a battle with DRAGONS.
- Have to share a post or video about the battle.
- Have to describe the lineup.
- Have to answer this question-
- Did your strategy work?
- What will you try differently next time?
- Share it on social media like Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- You Must use the splinterlands and play2earn tag in the post.
NOTE: IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE MONSTER, YOU COULD RENT IT OR SHARE ANY BATTLE WITH ANY MONSTER.
- After that, I have to comment on the weekly battle challenge post link.

Round-1
Beginning

My Summoner (Selenia Sky) was increasing the Ranged Attack of one of my party's Ranged attacking monsters. On the other hand, the opposing team's Summoner (General Salon) increased one Ranged Attack of his team's Ranged attacking monsters and Defender Of Truth increased 2 Armor of all his team's monsters. Evangelist also increased the Melee Attack of one of my party's monsters.
The primary battle starts in the 5th phase of the first round. Since Reverse Speed was in the battle rules, monsters with a low-speed attack first.
Clay Golem attacks first. It hits the opponent's Shieldbear but does not lose health points due to its armor. After that, Shieldbear hit my team's Clay Golem and reduced it by two health points. Clay Golem's Enrage ability increases its melee attack and speed.
Evangelist hits Shieldbear with a ranged attack, destroying its remaining armor.
The opposing Venari Crystalsmith was able to reduce three health points by hitting my team's Clay Golem at this stage.
The opponent's Pelacor Arbalest killed my team's Clay Golem with a double strike.
At this stage, my team's Venari Crystalsmith, Peacebringer and Fire Spitter hit the opponent's Shieldbearer. Shieldbearer would have died this round if Fire Spitter hadn't hit and failed to reduce health points.
In the last attack of the first round, the opponent's Defender of Truth hit the Gelatinous Cube and reduced two health points.
Round-2
Beginning
Ending
- Gelatinous Cube had its health points healed. But after healing, Shieldbear hit it and reduced it by two health points.
- Evangelist killed the opposing Shieldbear at this stage.
- The opponent's Venari Crystalsmith and Pelacor Arbalest alternately hit my Gelatinous Cube to reduce nine health points.
- Peacebringer misses his attack, but Venari Crystalsmith destroys the armour of the opposing Pelacor Conjurer with his attack and restores the health point of my team's Gelatinous Cube with tank heal ability.
- Fire Spitter didn't fail to attack this time, as it reduced the opponent's Pelacor Conjurer by four health points.
- The opponent's Defender Of Truth attacked at the end of this round, reducing my team's Gelatinous Cube by two health points.
Round-3

Ending
Gelatinous Cube increased its health points, and Evangelist killed the opponent's Pelacor Conjurer.
The opponent's Venari Crystalsmith and Pelacor Arbalest alternately hit my Gelatinous Cube and reduced six health points.

Result
I won the battle. In this battle, I lost only one monster.
In this battle, I got 0.752SPS and 16463 Seasonal & Reward Points.
Question Answer.
1: Did your strategy work?
- Yes, I won the match easily because of a high-level monster, and the opponent couldn't live long in front of my team.
2: What will you try differently next time?
- Yes, I tried some with other monsters. I am in the gold I league and played many battles with some of my favourite dragon monsters. I will share some of them in my next post.
