It's easy to give advice when you're not the one facing the situation. Recently, I’ve come to understand this about life, leading me to believe that people think differently based on their circumstances. While this may not sound scientific, observing how individuals react under pressure raises questions. Most people struggle to think clearly when they are under stress. When they are relaxed, they often provide sound advice effortlessly. In contrast, those under pressure tend to have so many thoughts crossing through their minds that it becomes difficult for them to think straight.
I have seen people argue that they can never be scammed simply because they know that if something seems too good to be true, they won’t fall for it. However, when they find themselves in that type of situation, even if they eventually don’t take the bait, there comes a moment when they consider it. Most people don’t fall victim to scams because they are contented. It’s not solely a matter of intelligence. Scammers manipulate our emotions, they understand how people feel. Often, they offer unrealistic promises that 90% of people want to hear.
Our heart has a brain of its own
Sometimes, you don't have to feel pressured to make the wrong decision. As I mentioned earlier, scammers often use our emotions. It's not always about the pressure, it's about how they manipulate how we feel and trigger our emotions in the process. The main reason people find it difficult to resist scammers is their emotional response. Even when they have the true evidence and what the scammer is offering seems too good to be true, emotions can convince us to go along with it, believing there is a genuine opportunity when in reality it is a lie.
Whether are you under pressure or not, our emotions always have something to do with our decision making and it doesn’t matter how smart you are in this process, your emotions can make you feel as if you are doing the right thing. A good example is someone who is in love, no matter how terrible their partner is, it will always seem good to them. To an outsider, You can see all the flaws and where the relationship is going, but to the person in love, it will seem normal because the emotion would have overclouded their judgment. As human beings, it is normal for emotion to make us feel this way. That is why we must train ourselves in such a way that our emotions won’t always take over.
Emotions can render you useless
In the presence of strong emotions, knowledge can become ineffective because emotions often contradict rational thinking. Emotions can lead us to make foolish decisions while making us feel justified in our actions. This isn't a reflection of one's intelligence, no matter how smart you are, if you can't manage your emotions, you may find yourself acting foolishly. Emotions can create situations that lead to regret over your decision-making. When people say that humans have two types of brains, they are saying that the way we think under emotional stress is different from how we think when we are calm. Generally, we tend to make better decisions when our emotions are not involved.
Thanks for your time.

Emotions guide us every day. I just think they are not needed when we make investments, otherwise we live on emotions. !BEER
