Build a process

I have always set goals in my life, I have failed countless times, sometimes because I did not plan well, sometimes because of circumstances and I did my best. I began to make excuses for myself when I did not achieve the goal that I set, I told myself it was because of circumstances, but it is always more than that, some goals take a longer time before you achieve them and this often happens when you are competing with someone, and it doesn’t mean that you are terrible at what you do, sometimes it means that the opponent that you’re up against is so good and you have to keep upgrading yourself all the time.

The perfect example is when you look at the Manchester City squad against the Arsenal squad, The Arsenal team has come so close to the championship for 3 Years straight but the Man City team has always been one step ahead. it is obvious that the Arsenal team is very good and their goal is to win the championship, and they have done everything right just that what they are up against is powerful. The same thing happens sometimes with our goals we have done everything right, but we may not achieve our goals simply because of what we are up against and this can be tricky.

Goals are not for everyone

goals indeed give us direction. It gives us how we want to live our life, but when we live our life in a certain way for so long just to achieve our goals and becomes difficult year after year, especially when you work for a long time and you’ve not been able to achieve it because of an opponent or someone somewhere that is so good or better than you in one way or the other, this can be tricky and it can make you sad. some people can be sad for a long time, and some people change in the process from being good to bad finding every possible way to reach that goal.

this happens when you focus on your goals so much and it is just a normal reality that not all goals that you set you’re going to achieve and this may just be because somebody else is doing better than you and instead of focusing on your goal you can create a system. the system will take your mind off the goal and when you spend so much time in creating a process and if you are lucky enough, you might fall in love with the process and this is how you can do something for a long time without achieving the goal and still keep doing it simply because you already in love with the system and not the goal.

Just accept it

not reaching our goals can be tricky and knowing how to deal with them is very important, not all goals can be achieved in a short period. Some goals will take longer, but the only way we can remain and keep chasing that goal till we hit our target is by creating a system that takes our focus away from the goal and enjoy the process. immediately we start enjoying the process not reaching the goal will not baffle us again, we will keep building something strong enough to fight against our opponents or be better to achieve our goal. focusing on goals can make us sad and we can lose our minds in the process, we should build a system that works and fall in love with it.

Thanks for your time.

I think that the luck factor in achieving the set goals is much more than we think, the rest depends on the determination of the person and the strength of the struggle to achieve.

Sometimes, the journey is more important than the destination, and putting more emphasis on the journey can be the destination more achievable, since we see it as something that we will eventually achieve as long as we keep putting one step in front of the other.
