DHF is voted on by the public. We all have equal stake-weighted say with the DHF. If there is fraud, abuse, and waste, it is the fault of the public that is letting them get away with it.

IF it's the whales that are abusing the system, well there isn't great recourse for that since it is the whales that vote the loudest!
